ASPA has implemented the SD application component for the company Transcom from Portugal. We have implemented the process of creating sales orders, invoicing and printing documents, both for invoices as for subscriptions, complying with the new Portuguese legislation numbering of invoices, as well as the integration of SD module to the management of financial accounting already implemented in the company.
With this project, the commercial management of the services provided by TRANSCOM has been integrated with the application component of financial accounts and implemented in the ERP. Thus, the accounting entries are made automatically and integrated, streamlining administrative management of sales and accounting.
Transcom is a global specialist in the management of the customer relationship. It provides customer service, technical support, customer retention, market research, direct marketing and credit management through an extensive network of customer service centers and call centers to 400 customers. It is an international service company with 70 contact centers across 28 different countries with the capacity to provide services in 33 languages and 30,000 employees. Its revenues in 2012 were € 605.6 millions.
