Grupo Antolin – Reengineering Processes in Finance

ASPA has made a project of reengineer the areas of finance and controlling for the Grupo Antolín, including SAP FI, AM, PM and CO modules.

The aim of the work was; first, to include new processes of the company in the system, on the other hand, take advantage of new features of the system after changing version to replace tailored processes that were previously done, among others, P&L for each center, implementation of Schedule Manager, foreign currency valuation, exchange rate assessment, claims program or integration of maintenance equipment into active assets.
