ASPA has performed the first implementation of an hybris Onmichannel eCommerce solution for the fashion industry in Spain.

In broad outline, the project consisted in the implementation in 14 countries of a solution based in the hybris platform, with independent web stores in each of these countries, a highly customized back office functionality, a responsive design and a centralized management of all the stores through the cockpits provided by hybris B2C platform.

The project included the implementation of the ASPA Fashion Add-on industry solution , that covers specific functionalities of the fashion sector such as Look-book, Mood-Board, Wish list, Store credit, favourite session management, size assistant integration, etc. More information regarding this industry solution here.

The solution to be implemented had to cover the integration with third party technologies and systems. Communication interfaces with ERP systems were developed (Orion, SAP ECC) for the orders management, returns, changes, payments and credits. In a similar way, 3 payment platforms were integrated (PayPal, Sipay, Adyen), a sizing proposal system (Go-Sizing), a cross-selling and advices system (BrainSINS), the APIs of the majority of social networks (facebook, twiter, pinterest…) as well as Google Tag Manager integration.

Hoss Intropia decided to make the most of the project and change their Call-Center platform. Therefore, the hybris CS Cockpit module was implemented. This module had to be customized to reflect the different business processes practised in the fashion sector (returns, changes, free shipping combinations, discounts and management of store credits)

The hybris modules implemented were: WCMS, PCM, B2C, Advanced personalization, Order Management, Customer Service, Voucher, Promotions, Commerce Search Module, Search and Navigation module.
