Shanghai Autopart of Grupo Antolín. Roll-Out SAP ECC 6.0

ASPA has made the implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 for 7 production facilities located in different cities in China, being the main plant in Shanghai. Modules which were implemented were: MM, PP, SD, PM, WM, FI, CO, PA, RF and HUM in a whole new organizational structure for the business model, with much more interaction and movement between centers. There were implemented also EDI communications (demand, ASN) with customers and between centers, as well as the interface with the MES system of the Grupo Antolín in JIT centers. Developing specific solutions for China, as the management of «Golden Tax» and various official documents required by the Chinese authorities (Voucher/Balance Sheet /Profit & Loss for Tax Bureau). This roll-out project has integrated the various centers of this major Chinese company into the Group Antolín´s ERP.
