CIE Automotive – Bank Conciliation and Liquidity Planner.

ASPA has implemented the bank reconciliation in SAP ECC system for the CIE Automotive Spanish companies as well as the Liquidity Planner with real data extraction generated for BW. In order to perform the bank reconciliation of the Spanish companies, we performed the following tasks:
• Automatic loading of the extracts (Regulation 43 of the AEB) and bank conciliation
• Generating reports to get real knowledge of cash position of the Spanish companies
• Cash-Pooling process between the bank accounts of the various companies of the Group.
• Calculate the interest earned on the daily transfers made among the Spanish Group companies.

Liquidity Planner implementation had as main objective the creation of liquidity positions for the allocation of actual payments to them. With this information in SAP ECC, we defined an extraction process for the Business Warehouse (BW) using it in reports, together with the Plan data, external to SAP (BPC) systems. Liquidity Planner was implemented for the 43 companies in the existing European system. This project has managed to transfer all the details and actual payments to BW reporting tool to generate comparative reports of Real Data of SAP ECC with the existing data plan in BPC.
