At ASPA, we are proud to have successfully concluded the seventh edition of our Internship Talent Program, an initiative that year after year has become a benchmark in the training and development of young talent in the technology sector.
In this 2025 edition, the program has maintained the same essence as in previous years, offering participants an intensive and transformative learning experience. Our goal has been to provide them not only with top-level technical knowledge, but also with a comprehensive view of day-to-day life in a company specialized in technology consulting and SAP solutions.
A Comprehensive Learning Experience
During the months of the program, the selected students were able to:
- Train in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Customer Experience Suite, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as in ABAP development and Java Spring Boot.
- Gain first-hand insight into how real projects are developed in an IT services company, gaining a close understanding of how our professionals work.
- Explore possible career paths within the SAP technology ecosystem and discover the multiple professional opportunities this environment offers.
This approach, which combines technical knowledge, practical industry insight, and career guidance, reinforces our mission to prepare the next generation of consultants and developers specialized in enterprise technology.
Impact and Learnings from the 2025 Edition
Participants in this seventh edition not only acquired skills in advanced technologies but also experienced a true immersion in ASPA’s culture and values: innovation, customer focus, excellence, and teamwork.
