In 2022, ASPA resumed its Internship Talent Program with a renewed and more ambitious approach than ever. After the operational break of 2021, we returned with the fourth edition of our internship program, which incorporates significant new features and improvements to maximize the value of this training experience for participants.
Innovation in Training: From Isolated Exercises to Complete Projects
One of the key innovations of this fourth edition is the transformation of practical exercises into a single, comprehensive project. This change builds on the learning accumulated in previous editions, where we observed that many students applied the knowledge acquired at ASPA in their final academic projects.
Now, the Internship Talent Program allows students to work on a single, ongoing project that they can present as their final academic project. This approach not only provides them with a clear objective but also enhances the quality of their hands-on learning, directly connecting internship activities with their academic goals.
Optimization of Student Time
With this new structure, students can dedicate all their internship time to a relevant and well-designed project. They no longer need to work on disconnected exercises or invest additional effort outside internship hours.
