At ASPA, our commitment to the development and training of new professionals has led us to launch the Internship Talent Program, an initiative designed to offer students a unique training experience. This program allows young talent to immerse themselves in the day‑to‑day life of an IT services company, gaining practical training in key technologies and preparing them to face the challenges of the information technology (IT) sector.
Collaboration Agreements with Universities and Educational Centres
To bring this program to life, we have established strategic alliances with universities and educational centres in the Community of Madrid that offer studies in computer science, systems engineering and application development. These collaborations allow students to complement their academic training with professional internships in a real environment, facilitating their transition to the labour market.
Selected students will have the opportunity to work on real projects, receiving mentorship from ASPA experts while developing practical skills that are essential in the sector.
The Beginning of a New Stage
In March 2018, we inaugurated with great enthusiasm the first edition of the Internship Talent Program. In this first edition of our internship program for young people, 14 selected students will begin their training over a period of three months. This program represents not only a transformative experience for participants but also a significant contribution to our purpose of nurturing young talent and driving innovation in the IT sector.
Two Specialized Training Areas
The program is structured in two key areas, strategically selected to align with current market demands:
- SAP ERP Development: Participants will learn to program in ABAP, SAP’s core language, and acquire skills in systems integration, an essential component in the operational management of large companies.
- Java Development with Spring: In this track, students will delve into the Spring framework, learning how to create secure, scalable web applications adapted to market needs, laying a solid foundation for their future careers in back-end development.

The Internship Talent Program not only seeks to benefit students but also brings unique value to ASPA. By incorporating new ideas and fresh approaches, the program strengthens our ability to innovate and grow as a company by attracting young talent trained in our programs.
