In 2023, OHLA Industrial undertook a strategic transformation to modernize its SAP platform. ASPA acted as the technology partner to adopt a cloud-based model built on RISE with SAP – S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, BTP Integration Suite, and Fiori as the new user experience layer.
LEAR Corporation
Since 2017, ASPA has been LEAR Corporation’s technology partner for the evolution and deployment of SAP solutions across its EMEA plants. Working closely with LEAR, ASPA has led the creation of a jointly developed Corporate SAP Model, applying an agile methodology that enables processes to be defined, enhanced, and consolidated with each new rollout.
Antolin
Since 2006, ASPA has supported Antolin in its global SAP ERP rollout program, delivering implementations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas under a highly complex corporate process model tailored to industrial environments.
Saargummi
ASPA’s collaboration supports Saargummi in operating SAP systems fully aligned with the requirements of the automotive industry, helping the company maintain high levels of quality and service while keeping costs under control to remain competitive in a demanding environment.
Farmacias Trébol
Farmacias Trébol required a modern, scalable ERP to manage both its central organization and its network of associated pharmacies. Following the failure of a previous implementation, ASPA took over the project from scratch, successfully deploying SAP S/4HANA on Google Cloud in less than one year.
ToysRUs
ToysRUs was operating a SAP landscape affected by significant operational, performance, and functional alignment issues. ASPA was selected to conduct an in-depth assessment, stabilize the environment, and lead an optimization and evolution program that transformed the SAP platform into a reliable and efficient foundation for an omnichannel retail business.
Remica
Remica needed to transform the management of its maintenance services, which relied on custom developments and manual processes. ASPA implemented the SAP Customer Service solution, providing a complete model for managing contracts, equipment, services, and billing, with full traceability and cost control.
Indas
Indas implemented a high-capacity automated warehouse requiring complex integration with SAP. ASPA deployed SAP WM and integrated the system via SAP PI, synchronizing physical and system-driven flows and significantly improving operational efficiency and productivity.
